Position: VAS Officer – Project Manager, Digital Services
Key Responsibilities
Digital Services Management
Manage and support Digital Services, including:

- Gaming
- Entertainment services
- Other Value-Added Services (VAS)
Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all digital platforms.
Stay updated on emerging digital technologies, gaming industry trends, and market developments.
Support the continuous evolution of digital and VAS offerings.
Project Management
Coordinate and oversee digital services projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
Support integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment of new digital service policies and procedures.
Implement and coordinate integration of:

- Mobile applications
- Digital solutions
- Other technology platforms
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary coordination point between:

- Technical teams
- Business units
- Vendors
- Service providers
Ensure smooth execution of digital service projects.
Product Development
Participate in the:

- Launch
- Ongoing management
Support innovative digital products and services throughout their lifecycle.
Performance Monitoring & Business Growth
Monitor the performance of VAS and digital services.
Analyze customer usage patterns and behavior.
Recommend improvements to increase:

Track digital service performance and identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategies to:

Analyze service performance metrics.

Qualifications
Education
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Telecommunications
- Marketing
- Any related discipline
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- Telecommunications
- Digital Services
Required Skills and Competencies
