1: MANAGER LOGICAL ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the Service Desk and Logical Access Management (LAM) functions, ensuring efficient delivery of first-line ICT support services, timely resolution of incidents and service requests, effective user access administration, and a high level of customer satisfaction across the organization. The role serves as the primary point of contact for ICT support services and is responsible for ensuring seamless user experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in ICT Service Management, ICT Operations, Service Desk, and IT Support.
  • At least 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • ICT Service Management ITILv3 or ITLv4 or ISO 20000 Lead Implementer certifications.
  • Experience managing incidents, service requests, and escalations.
  • Experience in Logical Access Management and user administration.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Desk operations.
  • Understanding of Logical Access Management (LAM) processes.
  • Knowledge of ICT systems, applications, and end-user support.
  • Familiarity with service management and ticketing tools.
  • Understanding of customer support and service delivery best practices.

2: MANAGER INCIDENT AND PROBLEM MANAGEMENT

Job Purpose

The Manager Incident and Problem Management is responsible for ensuring the effective management of ICT incidents and underlying problems across the Bank’s technology environment. The role leads the restoration of services during disruptions, minimizes business impact from service outages, drives root cause analysis, and implements preventive measures to improve service stability, availability, and customer experience.

The incumbent will establish and govern Incident and Problem Management processes, coordinate major incident response, and drive continuous service improvement to reduce recurring issues affecting critical banking services.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT Service Management, ICT Operations, Service Delivery, or Technology Support.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Major Incident Management, or ICT Operations leadership roles.
  • ICT Service Management ITILv3 or ITLv4, ISO 20000 Lead Implementer certifications.
  • Management or leadership qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience managing mission-critical banking or financial services environments.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing permanent corrective actions.
  • Experience managing major incidents impacting business-critical services.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise ITSM platforms and monitoring tools.
  • Experience managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
  • Strong experience in service reporting, SLA management, and service improvement initiatives.

3: MANAGER PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND DIGITAL SOLUTIONS

Job Purpose

To lead the management and growth of investor portfolios and the development and commercialization of digital Capital Markets solutions, with responsibility for portfolio analytics, investment recommendations, investor acquisition and servicing, and technology-enabled investor journeys across the Bank’s Capital Markets products and services.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, financial technology, process automation or digital financial solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Capital Markets Products & Services.
  • Knowledge of digital banking platforms, financial technologies, and emerging trends in Capital Markets.
  • Experience in business process improvement, automation, and digital solution implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, AML/CFT, and KYC practices within financial services.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliver results within stipulated timelines.

4: SENIOR ANALYST CORPORATE FINANCE

Job Purpose

To maintain the Bank’s awareness of market opportunities, customer needs, trends, and market intelligence, ensuring the Bank leverages all opportunities in the Capital market and identifies factors that impact product competitiveness. Additionally, to offer alternative sources of finance to customers.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related Field. (Master’s degree will be added advantage).
  • Certified by CMSA and have attended and successfully completed Securities Industry Certification Course provided by Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
  • 2 years of experience in Capital Markets involved in financial and investment analysis.
  • Depth in a structured Sales process involving the understanding of a customer’s situation and respective problem and the provision of a structural solution based on the customer need and the Bank’s product offering.
  • Knowledge of capital market assignments including Investment & Wealth Management, Securities Brokerage & Market Research, Corporate Finance and advisory, bank operations, corporate treasury functions, money markets and banking regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulators, financial institutions, and key market stakeholders while keeping abreast of developments in the capital markets environment, including legal, regulatory, and industry changes.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities to drive business performance, manage risks, and achieve strategic objectives in a dynamic operating environment.
  • Conduct financial modelling, investment analysis, and market assessments to evaluate business opportunities and support informed investment decisions.
  • Market and promote capital market products to domestic and international investors while leveraging strong negotiation skills and business insights to drive growth and client value.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills to build effective stakeholder networks and support business growth.
  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of assignments while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and accountability.

5: TEAM LEADER AGENTS SERVICE SUPPORT

Job Purpose

Responsible overseeing and managing a team responsible for providing technical support to users involved in agency banking. This includes ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with different departments, guiding team members to meet performance goals and maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support services within the agency banking framework.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with knowledge in Agency banking technical support roles and stakeholders’ management record with proven strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prior exposure to Agent network technical support will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience in technical support in the banking industry field, providing a foundation for understanding the challenges and dynamics of the team’s work.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, agency banking applications, and integration with payment gateways.
  • Solid understanding of the technical aspects of agency and merchant banking systems.
  • Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate the support team.
  • Proven ability to analyses complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service to agencies and merchants.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and evolving business requirements.
  • Clear and concise communication to convey technical information to non-technical users.
