Call for Interview in TARURA 2026, The TARURA Manager for Njombe Region, on behalf of the TARURA Chief Executive, wishes to inform all applicants for the positions of Driver and Office Management Secretary II—advertised under Ref. No. AE.26/148/01/3 (dated 16 July 2026) and Ref. No. AE.26/148/01/4 (dated 13 August 2026)—that the interview will be held on 16 and 17 September 2026, starting at 8:00 AM, at the TARURA Njombe Regional Manager’s office.

The offices are located within the Njombe District Commissioner’s office complex (along the Songea-Makambako Road).

Applicants who meet the criteria and are listed in this announcement are required to attend the interview with the following documents:

1. Each candidate must possess an identification document for verification purposes.
Accepted forms of identification include: a resident ID, voter ID, employment ID, National ID (NIDA), or a passport.

2. Candidates are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES—including birth certificates, Form IV and Form VI certificates, certificates, diplomas, and Basic Driving Course certificates, depending on the qualifications required for the specific position—as failure to do so will result in disqualification from the interview.

3. Applicants for driving positions must bring their original, valid driving licenses along with certificates corresponding to the classes indicated on their licenses. Failure to comply with this requirement will disqualify candidates from participating in the interview.

4. Candidates presenting “Provisional Results,” “Testimonials,” “Statements of Results,” or Form IV and Form VI result slips will not be accepted and will not be permitted to proceed with the interview.

5. Candidates are responsible for covering their own costs for food, transport, accommodation, and other expenses.

6. Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).

7. Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the criteria; therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when vacancies are advertised.

8. Candidates found to possess forged certificates or licenses will face severe legal action.

9. Candidates whose names differ across their documents must submit a sworn affidavit regarding the change of name.
