NIC invites dynamic, proactive, experienced and suitable qualified Tanzanians to fill seventy (70)
vacant posts for Direct Sales Agents.
Position: Direct Sales Agents 70
Job Summary;
To support the sales of General and Life Insurance products in line with NIC business objectives
through proactive selling, while simultaneously delivering excellent customer service.
Job responsibilities;
i. Identifying potential clients through networking, marketing campaigns and direct outreach;
ii. Participate in sales activation’s and campaigns to meet specific targets;
iii. Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure retention, renewals, and cross-selling or upselling opportunities;
iv. Promoting both Life and General Insurance products;
v. Achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing regular sales reports; and
vi. Working towards individual and team sales targets in line with the company’s strategic objectives and premium goals;
Minimum Qualifications;
i. Education Qualifications: At least form four certificate, Diploma or Degree;
ii. Knowledge of insurance products;
iii. Must be organized, independent and excellent communication skills;
iv. Team player who takes individual accountability for results; and
v. Highly organized, independently motivated worker with impeccable follow-up Engagement Terms: Contract
