1: Officer, Collateral Preparation
To attend to all aspects relating to collateral documentation and routine related aspects for the Branches. Keep diary system to follow up on conditions of sanction and outstanding collateral items.
Responsible to assist in preparing Collateral documents against the approved sanctions and supporting documentation.

2: Senior Manager, Trade & Balance Sheet Solutions
This position is responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for our trade finance and working capital products to achieve significant revenue growth. You will be the primary sales champion for all trade and working capital solutions, including letters of credit, guarantees, supply chain finance, and invoice discounting. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and closing complex deals, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating with product and other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to a diverse client base in Tanzania and across key economic corridors.
Type of Qualification:Â First Degree
Field of Study:Â Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualification: A master’s degree is strongly preferred and Trade Finance Certifications, CDCS, CSDG, CTFP
