1. Finance Business Partner (2 Position(s))

Job Location : Head Office
Job Purpose:
The Finance Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and financial partner to business units, providing valuable insights, analytics, financial planning and monitoring support. This role involves the periodic analysis and creation of data-driven dashboards that track business performance, identify opportunities, and highlight potential impacts on both financial and non-financial KPIs.

Additionally, the position bridges finance and business strategy, leveraging advanced analytical tools to support decision-making, enhance performance, and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills:

Financial Analysis & Reporting – In-depth understanding of financial statements, performance metrics, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data to derive actionable insights.

Financial Modeling & Forecasting- Expertise in building financial models, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning

Data Analytics & Dashboard Creation – Advanced proficiency in creating interactive and insightful dashboards to track KPIs, business performance, and financial outcomes.

Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and actionable format.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, IT & Computer Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields

Master’s degree in business studies is an added advantage

At least 4 years’ experience in Product Management, Business or Strategic planning, Analytics & MI, or Finance.

Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau, and MS Excel)

2: Relationship Manager; Agri Wholesale (1 Position(s))

Job Location : Head Office
Job Purpose:
To drive sustainable growth of the Bank’s agribusiness portfolio by marketing products, initiating and managing Agri Credit facilities, and ensuring robust assessment and review of credit applications in line with Bank’s credit policy.
The role also involves monitoring the portfolio performance against targets, growing deposits, maintaining asset quality and compliance standards, and advising the Head, Agri Wholesale on emerging risks and appropriate corrective actions.
Knowledge and Skills:

Sound knowledge of Agribusiness economics, sector dynamics and related laws.

Sound knowledge of Agribusiness products and services in the agricultural value chains.

Understanding of other bank’s loan products, policies and procedures for cross selling purposes.

Excellent knowledge of banking operations and financial markets in Tanzania.

Computer proficiency (Excel, word, power point presentation and access)

Excellent communication (English and Kiswahili), numerical, analytical, report writing and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and networking skills for both internal and external customers

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Self-motivated, innovative with ability to initiate and lead change.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture and/or Agricultural Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

Master’s degree in business studies is an added advantage.

Postgraduate education in Banking and/or Banking certification(s) is an added advantage

Minimum of 4 years’ banking experience in managing Agri related portfolio, Credit assessment and/or Project appraisal.

3. Senior Audit Associate – Cybersecurity (1 Position(s))

Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing independent assurance over the security of software applications and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including the review of general SDLC best practices, governance, and process effectiveness, with a strong and explicit focus on conducting Web Application and API Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
The role is accountable for actively identifying, validating, and assessing security weaknesses in web applications and APIs through hands-on technical testing, and for evaluating whether security best practices are effectively embedded throughout the SDLC to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
This includes assessing secure-by-design implementation, secure coding practices, and security controls integrated within development, testing, and deployment processes.
Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or related fields.

Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), CISSP, CEH etc. will be an added advantage.

At least 3 years’ experience in Cybersecurity, Software development, Security, Internal/external audit, ICT Audits, data analytics, or a related field.

Experience in performing software development and security reviews or audits, including reviewing software designs and codes.

Experience with security tools, such as vulnerability scanners and penetration testing tools.

4. Senior Manager; Agri Lending (1 Position(s))

Job Location : Head Office
Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading among others the Agri Retail Credit Assessment team through competent management, assessment, administration, inspection, monitoring, and reporting on the credit risk of the bank. This ensures the sustainably profitable position of the Bank by originating and maintaining an Agri Retail Credit portfolio which contributes to the Bank’s strategy.
Knowledge and Skills:

Retail credit, specialist asset management, business law, wholesale and retail credit

Technical Business understanding of structured transactions

Behavioral Leadership of Change, Adaptability, Coaching, Delegation, Managing Employee Performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Agri-economics, Agribusiness or related fields.

Master’s Degree will be an added advantage

Postgraduate education in Banking and/or Banking certification(s) is an added advantage.

At least 5 years’ experience in Credit Management (Preferably in Agri Retail credit) with leadership experience in medium to large banking organizations.
