Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support and visit existing merchants.
Handle POS, QR, and payment-related issues.
Train merchants on the use of payment solutions.
Maintain and support merchant devices.
Resolve merchant issues and provide ongoing support.
Support merchant retention and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma.
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Valid Class A driving licence.
Motorcycle riding experience.
Good communication skills.
