Located at Kidatu within Kilombero Valley, the Company operates two agricultural estates and sugar mills; Msolwa and Ruembe located in the Districts of Kilombero and Kilosa respectively and separated by the Great Ruaha River, within Morogoro Region.
1: Health & Safety Officer (Re-Advertised)
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will support the site functional area to effectively implement, comply with and
monitor Health & Safety standards and processes, through coaching, guidance and communication with all relevant stakeholders, implementing safety performance and related standards systems process, and
applicable legislative or regulatory requirements and promote safety culture and awareness.
Job Qualification and Experience
•      Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety / Risk Management or equivalent
•      SAMTRAC / NEBOSH qualification; ISO 9000 / 22 000 Lead Auditor qualification an advantage
•      2-3 years’ experience in an operational environment (Factory / Agriculture), working in a health and safety role.
•      Training in First Aid and Fire Prevention is an added advantage
•      Knowledge of relevant Occupational Health & Safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
2: Maintenance Foreman-Instrumentations
Job Purpose:
The Successful candidate will be responsible to Plan and supervise the daily work and performance of team member on assigned tasks, organize schedules, and assign work activity to achieve team and company objectives safely.
Job Requirements:
•      Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
•      3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment – control and instrumentation with generating experience would be an advantage.
•      Continuous improvement knowledge and experience.
•      2+ years of experience in a supervision/supervisory role
3: Cane Supply Officer
About the role
To ensure a sustainable and uninterrupted supply of high-quality sugarcane to the mill by implementing the country’s cane supply strategy, maintaining strong grower relationships, driving agricultural best practices and continuous improvement, coordinating cane logistics and yard operations, monitoring cane quality and harvesting-to-crushing timelines, leveraging group expertise, and ensuring full compliance with SHERQ standards while promoting a world-class safety culture.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum: 2yr Diploma in Agriculture / Logistics / Transport Management
• SASRI Junior Certificate course (or complete it during first year of employment)
• Minimum experience: 3+ years in agriculture or logistics
• Preferred experience: 3 years assistant farm manager
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills
4: HSE Systems Administrator
Job Purpose
Ensures the proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety regulations, as well as assisting in
the development and implementation of HSE programs.
Job Qualification and Experience
•      Relevant certifications in system administration, database management, IT security, or HSE management systems (such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
•      2+ years’ experience in system administration, preferably in a role that involved managing HSE systems or related applications.
•      Proficiency in system administration tools, database management, and HSE software systems. Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity principles, and system integration.
•      Experience with incident reporting systems, risk assessment software, compliance management tools, or environmental management platforms may be required
5: Headman
Job Purpose
Kikonyo Nursery Headman will be the focal point in a specific activity, bringing performance, challenges, achievements and other relevant issues to the attention of team leader of its area i.e.: substrate preparing, bud scooping, planting, movement, greenhouse and hardening germination and growing activities, crates and trays cleaning and movement, dispatch, and other activities that are necessary to grow and deliver a high-quality output speeding.
Minimum Requirements:
·        Ordinary Secondary Education desirably
·        Minimum 1 year experience in sugarcane or seed cane propagation
·        Proactivity
·        Good knowledge of sugarcane nursery operations
·        Understanding in using nursery tools and equipment Safety-oriented
6: Section Planner
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will manage the planning and scheduling of all reactive and/or preventative maintenance work for in season maintenance initiatives to achieve optimal cost efficiency, asset availability, longevity and performance.
Job Qualification and Experience
·        Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotives Engineering or equivalent
·        3 years’ experience in maintenance planning
Terms of Service: The successful candidate will be engaged on a Permanent Contract.
