New Vacancies at Kilombero Sugar Company September 2026, Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL), is the largest producer of sugar in the country under the strong “Bwana Sukari” brand name.
KSCL is part of the Illovo Sugar Africa Group, Africa’s biggest sugar producer with extensive agricultural and manufacturing operations in six African countries; including South Africa, Malawi, Mozambique, Eswatini, Zambia and Tanzania.
Illovo Sugar Africa is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Associated British Foods plc (ABF), listed on the London Stock Exchange. Located at Kidatu within Kilombero Valley, the Company operates two agricultural estates and sugar mills; Msolwa and Ruembe located in the Districts of Kilombero and Kilosa respectively and separated by the Great Ruaha River, within Morogoro Region.
KSCL has the largest crop estate in Tanzania covering 26,000 hectares; 10,000 ha belonging to KSCL and approximately 16,000 ha from the small holder farmers – Kilombero Growers.  The company currently produces 126,000 tons of sugar per annum.
The company’s supply chain includes approximately 8,000 grower farmers supplying about 600,000 tonnes of cane every year. 45% of the sugarcane crushed by KSCL is supplied by independent farmers; the remaining 55% comes from the company’s own land. Over 200 businesses have been registered in the Kilombero valley as a result of this supply chain.
1: Senior Maintenance Worker – Electrical
Job Purpose
Maintenance and repair of electrical systems, cooling machines, installation of new wiring systems troubleshooting and rectification as per company set standards and safety rules in the domestic buildings, offices, and other company buildings.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
· Carry out electrical repairs in company houses, offices public areas, community centres and other company buildings.
· Installation of new wirings to company buildings by complying to safety rules and standards set by the company.
· Perform inspection to all feeder boxes, distribution bodies’ main switches and all switch gears as directed by the supervisor.
· Attend all assigned works orders and maintain good customer care to all areas where the service is being provided.
· Maintain good housekeeping in the work place all the time.
· Repair and service air conditioners, refrigerators, and other cooling machines.
· Adhere to teamwork and section goals accomplishment plans.
Must have skills
Good communication skills
Job Qualification and Experience
· Trade Test Grade II or Veta Level II of Electrical Installation and above from a recognized Institution
· 2+ years’ experience working in domestic electrical jobs.
· Extensive knowledge in electrical systems, installation, faulty finding techniques, electrical protection, ratings, safety and lock out procedures.
· Mentally and physically fit.
2: Marketing & Sales Analyst
Job Purpose
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support business decisions, identify growth opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and optimize marketing strategies. The role will provide actionable insights that drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
· Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify opportunities and risks.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
· Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
· Monitor product performance, pricing trends, and market share movements.
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and sales growth.
· Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to support business objectives.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
· Support demand forecasting and customer segmentation activities.
· Track key industry developments and provide regular market intelligence updates.
· Prepare presentations and reports for management and key stakeholders.
Must have skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools Experience working with large datasets and market research methodologies Knowledge of FMCG, agribusiness, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Job Qualification and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing analysis, commercial analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Terms of Service: The successful candidate will be engaged on a Permanent Contract.
