It is a day school owned by Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania Eastern and Coastal Diocese (ELCT-ECD). It is managed by ELCT – ECD Mbezi Beach Lutheran Parish located at Mbezi Beach along Bagamoyo/Ally Skyes Road.
