1. Diaspora Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Diaspora Banking business end-to-end, by driving acquisition, deposits, cross-selling, and relationship management of diaspora customer

The role is responsible for building and deepening relationships with Tanzanians in the diaspora through active engagement, product awareness, account onboarding, query resolution, and revenue generation across liabilities, assets, insurance, cards, and other retail products, in order to maximize the bank’s market share and profitability in the diaspora segment.

2. Assistant Product Manager – Assets & Liabilities

The Assistant Product Manager is the key lead on product Innovation, supports the strategic development, implementation, and management of retail banking propositions across the Assets and Liabilities Products.

This role bridges customer needs, market trends, and internal capabilities to ensure product competitiveness, profitability, and compliance. Assist in monitoring product performance and recommend improvements to improve uptake and profitability.

Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to implementation stage. Areas of Focus:

i. Asset and Liability Products.

ii. Harnessing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to design and launch innovative cutting-edge products.

iii. Lead initiatives to automate processes and streamline operations within Retail Banking.

iv. Collaborate with digital, bancassurance and agency banking teams in product roll outs.

3. Relationship Officer – Commercial Banking

The primary purpose of this role is to drive the growth of assets, liabilities, and profitability within the Commercial Banking portfolio in the assigned region by acquiring new clients, delivering tailored financial solutions, and deepening existing client relationships.

The Assistant Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities, acquiring new clients, and fostering long-term relationships with mid-sized businesses within the assigned region.

As a trusted advisor, the Assistant Relationship Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, maximizing wallet share, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining full compliance with the bank’s credit and risk policies.

Additionally, the role will contribute to strengthening the bank’s brand presence and reputation in the region. The role requires a strong balance of business development, credit structuring, and portfolio management capabilities.

Exim Bank is seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agent.

In this role, the incumbent will drive the sales of Retail Banking Liabilities and Emerging Products, achieving business objectives through proactive prospecting and the delivery of excellent service.
