Kishapu District was established on July 1, 2002 as a result of the division of Shinyanga District Council. On July 1, 2006, the council was officially established after being announced in the Government Gazette of July 29, 2005 and No. 220 of GN. Kishapu District is one of the six districts that make up Shinyanga Region, the other districts being Kahama Urban, Ushetu, Msalala, Shinyanga Rural and Shinyanga Urban. Kishapu District borders Meatu District (Simiyu Region) to the east, Shinyanga Rural and Urban to the west, Maswa District to the north and Igunga District to the south.

1.1 TECHNOLOGY GRADE II (RADIOLOGY AND RADIATION) – POSITION 2
1.1.1 DUTIES/FUNCTIONS
i. Examining patients referred to his/her work area.
ii. Maintaining Radiology equipment and facilities in the work area.
iii. Checking X-Ray images that have been tested for quality and adequacy (Radiologist Quality).
iv. Maintaining patient images until the results reach the doctors who treated the patients.
v. Supervising subordinate staff.
vi. Providing advice on Radiology and Radiation work issues in his/her work area.
vii. Preparing Medical/Examination equipment and supervising the sterilization of equipment in the work area.
viii. Provide initial training to employees assigned to work in his/her area of ​​work.
ix. Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department related to his/her education, experience and skills.
1.1.2 QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
Employees with a Diploma in Technology (Radiology and Radiation) in one of the fields mentioned above, from a recognized University by the Government and who are registered with the relevant Councils.
