1: SCHOOL HR & ADMIN OFFICER

Role Overview

The School HR & Admin Officer will manage all campus human resource and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations of the school campus.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

HR Operations: Manage campus HR functions, maintain accurate staff records, and handle HR documentation.

Talent Management: Coordinate recruitment, staff onboarding, and attendance management.

Compliance & Welfare: Ensure strict compliance with school policies and national labour laws; coordinate staff welfare and disciplinary matters.

Supervision: Oversee support and operational staff, including the Maintenance Manager, Transport Manager, Matron, Plumber, Electrician, Drivers, and general Support Staff.

Facilities & Reporting: Ensure proper administration of school facilities/services, support the implementation of operational policies, and prepare comprehensive HR and administrative reports.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in HR and administration.

Key Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, computer literacy, and professional report-writing skills.

Working Style: Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision.

2. Vacant Positions: MAINTENANCE MANAGER

The Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations, infrastructure management, and technical support services within the school campus.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance and repair works across the campus.

Coordinate electrical, plumbing, construction, and facility maintenance activities.

Ensure school buildings and equipment are properly maintained.

Monitor contractors and site management activities.

Prepare maintenance schedules and reports.

Ensure safety standards are followed during maintenance works.

Manage maintenance materials and tools.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Property Management or related VETA technical course.

Two to three years diploma training. Must have knowledge and practical skills in Electricity, Plumbing, Construction and Site Management.

Good supervisory and problem-solving skills.

3: Vacant Positions: MATRON

The Matron will oversee student welfare, health support, and hostel/campus care services while ensuring proper student discipline and wellbeing.

Supervise student welfare and daily care activities.

Maintain student health and incident records.

Coordinate cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Reporting Line: Reports to the Head of Campus and HR & Admin Officer.

Minimum Qualifications

Certificate in Nursing.

Administrative and communication skills.

Experience in student welfare management is an added advantage.

4: Vacant Positions: SCHOOL RECEPTIONIST

The School Receptionist will manage front office operations, receive visitors, handle communication, and provide customer care support within the school environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Age 35 years and above.

Diploma in Secretarial Courses or related field.

Customer Care courses and certification.

Experience working in a teaching or school environment will be an added advantage.

Teaching qualification will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy and ability to manage office communication professionally.
