Our plant is located in the Kigamboni district of Dar es Salaam and has an installed capacity of 1,000,000 MT per annum.

POSITION: FACILITIES SUPERVISOR
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cleaning Supervision: Oversee daily cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
•Gardening & Landscaping: Manage landscaping tasks like watering and pest control.
• Staff Management: Allocate duties, monitor attendance, train staff, and ensure safety
procedures.
HSE Compliance: Ensure safe handling of chemicals and promote environmental
sustainability.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and maintain usage records.
• Reporting: Prepare regular supervision reports and coordinate facility improvement needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Diploma or Certificate in Facilities Management, Environmental Management, Horticulture, or related field
Experience: Proven experience in cleaning supervision, gardening, or facilities management
REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge of landscaping, sanitation, and hygiene practices
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance
Good communication skills; basic computer literacy an added advantage
