11 Vacancies at Nyanza Bottling company Limited June 2026, Nyanza Bottling Company Ltd (NBCL), incorporated in 1984, a joint venture between SUMARIA and CMG group, is one of the largest Coca-Cola Franchises in East Africa.
NBCL is engaged in bottling & distributing Coca-Cola products in the Lake Zone of Tanzania, comprising Mwanza, Shinyanga, Mara, Kagera, Tabora Kigoma Geita & Kahama regions.
Parent companies, Sumaria, and CMG Group are well-known names in East Africa having a significant business presence in many industrial verticals.
NBCL is Sumaria’s only joint venture to date into the world of fast-moving consumer goods. NBCL’s presence in the lakes has grown year-on-year and has a heady market share of more than 80 percent.
Its extensive distribution capacity is a significant strategic advantage in achieving this market penetration.
The bottling facility occupies a 16-acre site in the industrial belt of Mwanza. It incorporates the latest state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and processes to slake the region’s tremendous thirst for iconic brands in NBCL’s portfolio.

1: AREA SALES EXECUTIVE (3 POSTS)
Job Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Public Relations & Marketing.
2 years and above experience in sales/marketing field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
2: ELECTRICIANS (3 POSTS)
Job Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Certificate of Electrical Installation/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2 years and above experience in the electrical field.
3: FORKLIFT OPERATORS (5 POSTS)
Job Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Certificate of Forklift Operation from VETA.
1 year and above experience as a Forklift Operator.
