Job Description
Organization:Â Selcom
Job Purpose
Analyze business data to generate actionable insights, develop analytical solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across Selcom’s business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data analysis across Selcom’s business lines and deliver decision-ready insights.
Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and management information system (MIS) reports.
Drive data governance initiatives and maintain analytical standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
Experience in the fintech or payments industry is preferred.
Required Skills
Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
SQL.
Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Looker.
Statistical modelling.
Regression analysis.
Clustering techniques.
Forecasting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
