Mfumo wa Maombi ya Ajira Tamisemi (Volunteer Teaching Vacancies) 2026, ANNOUNCEMENT OF 400 positions for volunteer (contract) teachers in Business Studies for Secondary Schools in the following regions: Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Simiyu, Kagera, Geita, Tabora, Dodoma, Morogoro, Pwani, and Dar es Salaam.
The aim of this project is to ensure the implementation of the Education and Training Policy of 2014, version 2023, and the improved Secondary Education Curriculum that directs the teaching of Business Education to increase entrepreneurial skills in students.
Therefore, Degree graduates from Government-recognized institutions are invited to apply to volunteer to teach Business in secondary schools that will be listed through the Official Employment Application System through the Office of the Prime Minister – TALIMISEMI.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
Applicants for these positions are required to have the following qualifications:
1. Degree from a government-recognized institution in one of the following fields:
o Bachelor of Education in Business Studies/BusinessEducation
o Bachelor of Commerce- BCom
o Bachelor of Business Administration -BBA
o Bachelor of Economics or Bachelor of Arts in Economics
o Bachelor of Other Business-Related Fields
2. Basic business knowledge, even if no teaching experience.
3 Ability to use a computer for basic teaching and learning activities.
