NACTVET Admision/Udaili Academic year 2026/2027

NACTVET Admision/Udaili Academic year 2026/2027, The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) informs the public that student admission for the academic year 2026/2027 at the Diploma and Certificate levels in all courses managed by NACTVET has officially opened today, 28th May, 2026.

Applications for admission to Health and Allied Sciences courses – Tanzania Mainland, will be made through the Central Admission System (CAS) available on the Council’s website (www.nactvet.go.tz) from
28th May to 10th July, 2026 for the first phase.

In addition, applications for non-Health and Allied Sciences courses, and Health and Allied Sciences courses offered in colleges in Zanzibar should be sent directly to the respective colleges from 28th May to 10th July, 2026 for the first phase.

The Council also informs the public that a list of all courses and the colleges offering those courses is available in the Admission Guidebook for Academic Year 2026/2027. which is available on the Council’s website (www.nactvet.go.tz).

The Council emphasizes that each applicant is personally involved in the entire process of applying for admission, writing his/her information accurately and carefully, and keeping the records provided by the Council through his/her telephone number, without providing it to any other person to avoid inconvenience that may arise in the entire process of applying for admission to courses in various colleges.

Points to Consider for Applicants Through the Central Admission System (CAS):

1. An applicant may apply to more than one college. Selection to the college he/she has applied for will be based on the competition in that college.

2. Once the applicant has been selected, he/she will receive a message from NACTVET via his/her mobile number that he/she has provided in the system during the application process.

The message will inform him/her that he/she has been selected to join a particular college (name of the college), and will contain a code that he/she will be required to keep and submit to the college of his/her choice on the day he/she arrives at the college to commence his/her studies.

3. After submitting the code to the college, he/she will be registered with the college, and will then receive a message from NACTVET informing him/her that he/she has been registered.

4. After registration, the student should log in to the NACTVET website (www.nactvet.go.tz), then satisfy himself that he is registered by verifying his information by clicking on the “link” that reads “student’s information
verification”.

Points to Consider for Direct Applicants to Universities:

1. An applicant can apply to more than one university. Selection to the university he applied for will depend on the competition that will exist in that university.

2. Once the applicant is selected by the university, the relevant university will submit the applicant’s information
to NACTVET for verification. The applicant will receive a message informing him that his information has been submitted to NACTVET by the university for verification.

3. After his information is verified, he will receive a message from NACTVET informing him that he has been verified, and he will have a code that he will be required to use to check his verification information. He/She will also be required to keep the code and submit it to the chosen college on the day he/she leaves.

4. After submitting the code to the college, he/she will be registered with the college, then he/she will receive a message from NACTVET informing him/her that he/she has been registered.

5. After registration, the student is required to log in to the NACTVET website (www.nactvet.go.tz), then satisfy himself/herself that he/she has been registered by verifying his/her information by clicking on the “link” that reads “Student’s information verification”.

All colleges are reminded to fully comply with the Rules, Guidelines and Procedures set by the Council.
