Role purpose
Agribusiness Advisors will form an integral part of implementing EGF Food and Agriculture projects.
They will recruit and support target beneficiaries by implementing interventions across the country.
The Advisors will also serve as pipeline builders towards financial-inclusion goals through the acquisition of farmers and Agriculture Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
Key responsibilities
Identify, mobilize and conduct sensitization forums for participants, clients, partners and value-chain actors.
Work with smallholder farmers, MSMEs, youth and women.
Enrol targeted participants and clients into the project or Bank according to project targets and timelines.
Train beneficiaries in Financial Education, Agribusiness and Good Agriculture Practices.

Basic purpose
