Fully Funded Scholarship in South Korea 2026/2027, Yeungnam University established the Park Chung Hee School of Policy and Saemaul (PSPS) in 2011 to share Korea’s development experience with the international community.
Based on the Saemaul Undong proposed by President Park Chung Hee, PSPS fosters global leaders who practice the global Saemaul spirit of diligence, self-help, cooperation, sharing, service, and creativity.
