26 Vacancies at PBZ Bank September 2026,Benki ya Watu wa Zanzibar Limited (PBZ) is a commercial bank wholly owned by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar (100%). The bank continues to provide excellent financial services to its customers in Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania.
In its efforts to strengthen service expansion and promote sales of its products, PBZ invites applications from energetic, innovative, and persuasive young individuals to join the Bank for Sales positions in the Marketing Department under a special fixed-term contract based on the Bank’s needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and sell the Bank’s products and services to new and existing customers.
Encourage customers to open accounts and use the Bank’s products.
Provide accurate information to customers about PBZ services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in all sales and marketing activities.
Achieve set sales targets and submit performance reports on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Tanzanian citizen (Zanzibar natives are strongly encouraged to apply).
Must be 35 years of age or younger.
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Economics, Banking, International Relations, or other related fields.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented.
Must be willing to work independently and in challenging environments.
Must be willing to work in any location and at any time as required.
Must not currently be a government employee.
Must be willing to work shifts or outside normal working hours when required.
Must have original certificates of completion, Birth Certificate, and CV.
