1: POSITION: DATA ANALYST AND REPORTING SUPERVISOR

Department: Fundraising

Reports to: National Fundraiser

Duty Station: Radio Maria Tanzania Headquarters, Dar es Salaam

Job Purpose

To manage, analyse and report fundraising and supporter data, providing accurate and timely
information to the National Fundraiser for effective planning, performance monitoring and
achievement of fundraising targets. It is also responsible for all Fundraising Management
Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, manage, verify and maintain accurate fundraising and supporter data.

2. Analyse fundraising performance, contributions, pledges, campaigns and supporter trends.

3. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual fundraising reports.

4. Monitor fundraising targets and KPIs, highlighting gaps, trends and opportunities.

5. Develop and maintain fundraising dashboards using Excel, Power BI or other relevant tools.

6. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the National Fundraiser.

7. Analyse the performance of fundraising campaigns, events and different fundraisingchannels.

8. Support donor/supporter retention and engagement through data analysis.

9. Coordinate data collection and reporting from regional and fundraising teams.

10. Supervise data entry and reporting activities and ensure data quality and confidentiality.

11. Recommend improvements to fundraising data systems, reporting processes and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Database Management, ICT, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, fundraising or a related field.

3. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.

4. Experience in donor/supporter database management and fundraising reporting is an added advantage.

2: POSITION: ASSISTANT IT & AUDIO FREQUENCY

Department: Technical

Reports to: IT & AF Manager

Duty Station: Radio Maria Tanzania Headquarters, Dar es Salaam

Radio Maria Tanzania is a Catholic radio station committed to evangelization, education, and
serving communities through quality radio programming and digital media. We are seeking a
competent, committed, and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant IT & Audio Frequency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide basic IT and audio technical support to staff and Radio Maria operations.

2. Troubleshoot computers, software, network connectivity, and audio equipment.

3. Set up, operate, and test microphones, mixers, speakers, amplifiers, and other sound equipment.

4. Assist with studio, live broadcast, outside broadcast, and event technical setups.

5. Monitor audio quality and frequency levels and resolve basic technical issues.

6. Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and basic servicing of IT and audio equipment.

7. Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and applications.

8. Assist users with IT and technical support, including basic data backup and management.

9. Maintain equipment records, report faulty or damaged equipment, and monitor equipment condition.

10. Escalate complex technical issues to the responsible IT & Audio Support personnel and perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Broadcasting Technology, Audio Engineering, or a related field.

Practical knowledge of IT systems, computer networks, audio systems, studio equipment, and radio broadcasting technology.

At least more than 3 three years of working experience in the same field.

Basic knowledge of audio frequency, RF/transmission systems, mixers, microphones, amplifiers, and related broadcast equipment will be an added advantage.

Experience in radio broadcasting, IT support, telecommunications, or a related technical environment will be an added advantage.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and respond to technical emergencies when required.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
