New 17 Vacancies at Hand in Hand Tanzania (HIHEA TZ) August 2026, Hand in Hand EA-TZ is a registered NGO by the Ministry of Community Development, Gender and Children with a mandate to operate within the United Republic of Tanzania and a member of the Hand in Hand global network.

HIH (EA) TZ operations are designed under the model already tried in India in Tamil Nadu, which focus on Job creation as a means to poverty eradication.

The overall objective of the Organization is to participate in reducing poverty among the poor Tanzanian households through enterprise and job creation in support of the country’s prioritized strategies for poverty eradication.

HiH (EA) TZ builds on the community- economic empowerment as the entry point to the market and will gradually incorporate the other pillars to complement each other as the program develops.

1: BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP TRAINEE (6 POSITION)

Join Hand in Hand Eastern Africa – Tanzania and gain hands on experience in community mobilization,
entrepreneurship development, market linkages, and business growth support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Entrepreneurship, Community Development,
Economics, Agribusiness, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy and willingness to learn

Passion for community empowerment and enterprise development

Ability to work in rural and peri-urban communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support entrepreneur mobilization,

Training & mentorship,

Business development,

Beneficiaries data management,

Field monitoring, and stakeholder relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Community
Development, Agribusiness, Commerce, Microfinance, or related fields.

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.

Self-motivated and willing to work with communities.
