Teaching Vacancies at Misisipi Open School August 2026, Misisipi Open School is seeking qualified and motivated teachers to join our teaching staff on a temporary basis for a period of three (3) months. Position: Temporary Secondary Education Teachers (3 Months Contract)
Subjects Needed:
English Language(spoken), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer
science, Business Studies
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver lessons according to the curriculum.
Maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Assess, record, and report on students’ academic progress.
Support students in both academic and personal development.
Participate in school meetings and other academic activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of a Diploma in Education (Degree in Education is an added advantage).
Specialization in relevant subject(s)
At least 1 year of teaching experience (experience with open schools/adult learners will be an added advantage).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Contract Duration: 3 Months (with possibility of renewal based on performance and
availability of funds).
